FOR NEW/RENEWAL OF BUSINESS
1. Fill up application form online Page 1, Page 2.
2. Download application form and print 3 copies. Sign each copy and proceed to BPLO office for verification/confirmation.
3. Obtain your personalize user ID and Password from BPLO after verification/confirmation.
4. Using your personal username & password login to http://online.cadizcity.gov.ph/ to check status of application.
